OUR PROCESS

Consultation

When we chat, we’ll dive into all the juicy details! Colours, vibes, favourite flowers etc. Got a Pinterest board bursting with ideas? Amazing. No clue where to start? Don’t panic, that’s what we’re here for.

After our chat, we’ll whip up a completely bespoke proposal that’s tailored just for you and your celebration.

The pROPOSAL

After our consultation, we’ll put together a tailored quote and design plan that captures your style, vibe, and venue perfectly. Expect dreamy mood boards, in-season flower ideas, and transparent pricing — all the fun stuff that makes your wedding feel you.

Once you’re ready to make it official (yay!), we’ll send over the booking details to lock in your date. To secure your spot in the diary, we just ask for a 20% booking deposit.

The Countdown is on

Around 6–8 weeks before your wedding or event, we’ll reach out to run through all the details, check for any changes, and finalise your design plan so everything’s looking picture-perfect.

And if inspiration strikes in the meantime, send it our way! We love a good mood board moment, so don’t be shy about sharing your new ideas or favourite finds.

We allow any changes to be made up until your final balance is paid.

The big day

It’s your big day — relax, pop some bubbles, and let us work our floral magic!

From carefully pinning buttonholes and hand-delivering your bouquets to transforming your ceremony blooms for the reception, we’ve got every detail covered.

FAQ'S

How far in advanced do we need to book?

To ensure availability, we suggest booking at least 6 months ahead, though booking earlier is always recommended. We only accept one wedding per weekend.

Do you have a minimum spend?

Our minimum spend is £1000. Please note that destination weddings will have a different minimum spend, which can be discussed individually based on location and requirements.

Do you have a price list?

No two weddings are ever the same — every couple, venue, and vision is totally unique (and that’s exactly how we like it!). Because of this, we don’t have a set price list — everything we create is completely bespoke to you. Drop us a message, and we’ll happily put together a personalised quote for your wedding florals.

Can I have a specific flower variety for my wedding/ event?

Flowers are seasonal & there are so many other variables that can factor their availability. This is why we never make any promises that a specific flower will feature in your event. We try our best to cater to your wishes & will use it if it is available when the time comes.

What if we're on a budget?

Being on a budget is totally normal! Prioritise the important elements and we can give you direction & ideas on what’s possible within your budget.

Do we have to pay a booking fee?

Yes, a booking fee is required to officially book in your wedding date. The full balance of your florals will be due 30 days before your big day.
